No. Prior ballet education is not required in our Adultballet | balefit programme. With our programme, we start from the very begining, with basic moves and positions, and progress in time while having fun, regardless of your dancing experience.
Everyone above the age of 14 and with no hindrance to physical activity can participate in out Adultballet | balefit programme. There is no age limit to this programme which is designed specifically for adults.
Yes. In our Adultballet | balefit – private programme, besides the general programme, we can prepare a personal programme that focuses on one or several disciplines based on the student’s preferences. By this means, the student can reach the goal we set before the programme starts in a much shorter time. Please click here for more information.
No. Even though classical ballet constitutes the basis of our Adultballet | balefit programme, it contains different disciplines. This is a ballet programme accompanied by an occupational and a physical therapist, that contains classical ballet, contemporary dance, awareness through the body, stretching, conditioning, and floor barre exercises, through which we aim for a healthy body and mind integrity.

Bringing the things you prefer to take with you while going to the gym such as towel and water bottle along with your clothes will be sufficient. Please click here for more information on the preferred clothes.
If you get tired during the class, you can take a rest and continue whenever you feel better. We are not in a race, there won’t be any problems, we are essentially just dancing together and enjoying it.
Discontinuance for a long time will cause you to fall behind only, but there won’t be any problems if you fail to attend from time to time. For special occasions, we plan intermediary lessons in order to catch up with the group if needed.
